Advanced Drainage

Trench-less Technology

Trenchless technology includes methods like CIPP lining and robotic cutting to repair drainage sewers without the need for digging. This allows us to carry out repairs in situations where excavation isn’t a practical option—such as beneath buildings or newly laid porcelain slabs.

Trench-less Technology

With our investment in Trenchless Technology, we are able to provide a comprehensive range of services for all your drainage needs. Whether it's repairing damaged pipes, relining existing ones, or installing new drainage systems, our advanced techniques allow us to tackle these tasks with precision and minimal disruption. Trust in our expertise and cutting-edge technology to deliver a cost-effective and long-lasting solution to your drainage issues.

Trenchless repair revolves around the idea of minimizing the need for traditional excavation methods when working on underground infrastructure. By utilizing innovative techniques and equipment, construction and maintenance projects can be carried out with minimal disruption to the surrounding area. This approach involves methods like Reforming Pitch fibre, Pipe relining, and Robotic cutting, which allow for the installation or repair of underground Drainage Systems without the need for extensive trenches or excavation pits.

Pitch Fibre Reforming

Pitch fibre reforming involves an "A" Frame and Winch being set up on a Manhole or access point, a cable is then pulled through the sewer pipe to the second point of access. A series of various Reforming tools are pulled through the deformed pipe, the drain is monitored throughout the process to ensure its condition is optimal.

upon completion of reforming, a CIPP Structural liner is installed to secure host pipe.

Full Length Relining

Cure In Place Pipe Lining can be used for various reasons, pipework may be suffering from root ingress; joint displacements; cracks; fractures or other drainage issues.

this entails a new pipe being installed within the existing, which seals any defects that may be within pipe.

In adequate situations full lengths of drainage can be repaired without the need for excavation.

A cost effective and less disruptive repair method.

Patch Lining

Patch Lining is a method of repair in which chosen sections of pipe can be sealed throughout a drain. It saves the need to Reline a full length of drain that is not damaged or causing problems.

With accurate and competent work, Patch Lining can save unnecessary cost, disruption and time compared to traditional Excavation methods.

Repairs are carried out from Manholes/access points.

Robotic cutting

Robotic cutters are deployed into existing pipe work to Grind, Cut and Remove Obstructions within drainage systems.

Defects that may require Robotic cutting include,

Concrete, Encrustations, Severely Displaced Joints, Obstructions and Rebar stakes. However within our experience of Drainage we have seen Many more.

A Innovative fix as appose to traditional repair methods.
